I absolutely love this pattern. The headbands are quick to make up, and, of course, they're pretty. I'll have to find a flower pattern to use to make coordinating-coloured accent flowers, but I haven't found a flower pattern that I love yet. There are some that I've used in the past, but they're not quite what I'm looking for. Will keep you posted.
I've been compiling a list of free patterns (see the crochet tab at the top of the blog for the list of links) to try it out. I tried out a pattern for ear warmer headbands last night, found that it worked beautifully, and made three more. Like the author mentions in her post with the pattern, there are a lot of loose ends to tie off and weave in. In my haste to go crazy and make four headbands in a row, I've left that part (and the button-attaching) for a little later on. Those are always my least favourite parts. If I could make stuff and never have to take care of the ends of the yarn, I'd be all for that. Unfortunately, nobody wants a homemade item that unravels in the washing machine. Haha. I'll weave in the ends a some point.
