I'll be selling these as a set or individually at the November craft show.
These shoes were started the same day as the blue ones, I think. I'd been putting off finishing them, but this afternoon I picked them up and finished them off. I also made a baby/toddler headband to go with them. I used the idea of the ear warmer headband, but worked up until a row of 5 or 6 single crochets at the beginning. I added a few extra single crochet rows (no increasing) for button-attaching ease, then switched to the grit stitch. I have no idea how many grit stitch rows I made. I also crocheted a decorative flower (twine-like string, 2.50mm hook, here's the pattern).

I made these loafers over the last couple of weeks. I used orange instead of the blue, and dark grey instead of the beige. They turned out pretty well, and the size was perfect for the person I made them for. I crochet looser than a lot of people, so I ended up using a 4.50 mm hook instead of 5.00 mm. The pattern's not perfect (the shape of the soles is a little non-symmetrical due to where the author says to increase at the ends) but it's well-written and I don't remember finding any mistakes in it. I was going to make another pair for myself but now I need a break from making slippers.
Overall, a good pattern, and a good product. I recommend this pattern. I wrote a pattern several days ago for teeny mary jane-style baby shoes. I made a toddler size, as well. I'm on my third time going through the pattern to make sure there are no errors in it before making it available to other crocheters. Here are some photos of them (taken with my camera this time). Everyone who's seen them so far in person has been ooo-ing and ahh-ing over them. I'm planning to make several pairs to sell at an upcoming local craft show (mid-November). I kind of love these shoes. Like, a lot. To the point of making a pair for my unborn child (I'm not pregnant, married, or even engaged). That's how much I like these little things.
